The X300 TURBO is SureFire’s high-candela pistol weapon light that can also be used on rifles and subguns. Unlike the X300U, the TURBO series focuses on a higher candela output (66,000 compared to 11,300), which creates a tighter beam of light capable of punching out to longer distances and past photonic barriers (other light sources). This is ideal for those who want to see through tinted windows, identify targets at distances up to around 150+ yards (depending on atmospheric conditions), overpower other lights being pointed at you, and have less “flood” light overall.

This increased “throw” is still generated off two CR123 batteries with a 90-minute runtime. It comes in two models, the “A” and “B”. These signify the attachment system of the light. The A model features SureFire’s Rail-Lock system latch attachment. Simply pull down on the two levers on the side of the light and slide the X300T onto the rail system. It will then lock in place. The B model has a T-slot mounting solution that is tightened by hand and then turned a half rotation with a flathead screwdriver, bullet casing, knife, etc.
